Buying & Ordering
Where are Hidden Shelf books available to buy? The best place to shop is right here in our online store! You can also find our titles through Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Apple Books, Kobo, Bookshop, and IndieBound. Retailers and libraries can source titles through IngramSpark.
Do you offer signed copies of your books? Signed copy availability varies by title and author. If you're looking for a signed or personalized copy, drop us a line at info@hiddenshelfpublishinghouse.com and we'll do our best to connect you with the right author.
What formats are your books available in? Most Hidden Shelf titles are available in hardback, paperback, and ebook formats. Ebooks can be found through Amazon, Apple Books, Kobo, and other major ebook retailers.
Are Hidden Shelf books available as audiobooks? Yes! A selection of Hidden Shelf titles are now available as audiobooks. Check the individual book pages in our store for audiobook availability, or browse your preferred audiobook retailer to see the latest titles.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping? Yes! Orders of 2 or more books ship free within the United States. Shipping rates for all other orders are calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally? We do! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please be aware that import duties and taxes may apply once your order reaches its destination country — these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
How long does shipping take? We process and ship all orders within 2 to 4 business days of receiving your order confirmation. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Is local pickup available? Yes! Free local delivery and pickup is available in Boise, Idaho and McCall, Idaho. Please get in touch with us before placing your order to confirm availability.
Returns
What is your return policy? All sales are final. Because of the nature of our products we aren't able to accept returns, but we absolutely want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at info@hiddenshelfpublishinghouse.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the damage and we'll get a replacement out to you.
Availability & Distribution
Are Hidden Shelf books available in bookstores? Many of our titles can be found at local independent bookstores. If your favorite bookstore doesn't carry us yet, ask them to order through Ingram — or send us a note and we'll do what we can to help.
How can I request a Hidden Shelf book at my local library? Simply ask your librarian! Libraries can order any Hidden Shelf title through Ingram, our print-on-demand distribution network. Getting our books into libraries is something we care deeply about, so don't hesitate to make the request.
Are Hidden Shelf books available through Ingram? Yes. Hidden Shelf uses Ingram for print-on-demand distribution, making our titles accessible to bookstores, libraries, and retailers worldwide. It's also an environmentally friendly approach — books are printed as they're ordered rather than sitting in a warehouse.

Book Clubs & Submissions
Does Hidden Shelf offer discounts for book clubs? Yes! We offer tiered discounts for book club orders — 10% off orders of 5–9 books, 15% off orders of 10–19 books, and 20% off orders of 20 or more books. Your discount is applied automatically at checkout — no codes needed. Every book club order also includes access to exclusive discussion guides, bonus materials, and the opportunity to request a virtual author appearance at your meeting.
